3/21/08 report

We had three boats go out on 1/2 day trips this morning, Sea Robin, Fine Line, and Hot Pursuit.  They are all reporting lots and lots of dogsharks, and a few sea bass.  We also have two trips going out this afternoon looking for some big bluefish.

Surf fishing has been slow this morning with just a few crokers taken.  The water temperature at the Duck Pier is 50.0, there is a low tide at 2:13pm, and a high tide at 8:22pm.

Good Luck,

Chris at Sharky’s

the mix sounds almost the same as for southern UK , we call them dog fish but I do love Sea Bass one of the tastiest fish in the sea and great fighting fish on lightweight tackle

Curious what size do you guys them up to , in south UK they run to about 12 lbs with the average about 5lbs
